It is, and it’s also easy to over-read from a phone photo. Here is the checklist this thread ends up with, in order:
- Month apertures: even spacing, each centred on its hour marker, highlight fully inside one window. Check 12, 3, 6 and 9 first.
- 24h disc: crisp numerals, disc centred in its cutout. Ask for a photo with local and reference time set the same.
- Ring Command bezel: decide from a video, not a photo. If the listing says it works, ask to see each position and what the crown changes.
- Month change: only a video, or the first month-end on the wrist, tells you whether it advances.
- Date and Cyclops: date centred under the lens, magnification similar to the genuine.
- Bracelet: polish on Jubilee centre links, clasp engraving and wobble, end link gap from the side.
- Tool-based alignment checks help with the dial, but have limits on a dial this busy: see QC alignment tools and apps.
If the photos pass and the video shows the functions you expected, that’s as far as QC can take you on this model.
