Summary:

| Material | Method | Never |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Printed tees/hoodies | Inside out, low–medium heat, back of the print; pressing cloth for the front | Iron directly on screen, puff or transfer prints |
| Embroidery | Face down on a towel, iron from the back | Iron from the front without a towel |
| Nylon/technical shells | Steamer at a distance or a steamy bathroom; follow the label for tumble heat | Iron |
| Knitwear/wool | Steam a few cm away, shape by hand, dry flat | Press with the iron |
| Leather patches, rubber badges | Steam around them | Direct heat |

**Rule of thumb:** if it smells hot or starts to shine, stop.

For washing before any of this, see the [first wash thread](https://superreps.net/t/how-to-wash-rep-hoodie-tee-first-time-shrinking-print/248).
